Notre carte du monde en bois est faite avec une grande attention à chaque détail. Nous n'utilisons que des matériaux naturels, tels que le contreplaqué de bouleau et les peintures écologiques. Si vous avez des murs libres, cette carte est la meilleure chose à faire. Le ruban lumineux LED est collé autour des principaux continents. Nous ajoutons une télécommande pour sélectionner les modes et la luminosité du rétroéclairage. Vous pouvez choisir la taille, le type, la couleur du rétroéclairage (lumière chaude ou froide) et le mode de connexion (depuis la prise, depuis le fil derrière la carte ou connexion individuelle).
1) De la prise. La prise vient de l'Antarctique. La longueur du fil est de 2,5 mètres.
2) Du fil derrière la carte. Votre câble peut être situé derrière l'Eurasie ou l'Amérique du Nord. Si votre fil est situé derrière l'Amérique du Nord ou tout autre continent, veuillez nous contacter par e-mail.
3) Connexion individuelle. Cela signifie que tous les fils seront cachés dans le mur. Nous vous enverrons le schéma de la taille que vous commandez pour mettre les fils dans le mur derrière chaque continent.

- All the main continents are installed using the special fasteners that we provide in the set , you only need to fasten a few of them to the wall with a dowel or self-tapping screw, depending on what type of wall you have (brick, block, drywall, wood or any other), all the other elements are attached to the double-sided tape that comes with the map.
- For installation, we will provide the video instruction and special templates.

After placing an order on our website, we will immediately accept it for processing. Within 24 hours you will receive an SMS or Email with your order number for tracking and the courier will also contact you to approve the place and time of receipt. Above you can see our average shipping speed. Please note that some shipments may arrive within 7 days, some may take longer due to various factors. Some of the airports are overloaded and it may take time for your shipment to arrive in your country.
If your shipment is in transit for 30+ days, kindly contact our customer support team. The parcel is considered lost if it is in transit for more than 1 months (2 months for large shipments). We'll re-ship it for free or will issue a full refund.
• NOTE: Due to the large size of the package, you can pay customs duties and import taxes. The amount of taxes depends on the laws of your country. We are not responsible for them.
• Some of the small islands are not included in the map. See the photos which islands go with the map.
• The color of the world map may be slightly different, since it is made of natural wood
• If you have any questions, just write us about it. We will be happy to answer them.

Anything you purchase from us comes with our 30 day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll return your money back. Return shipping should be covered by the customer.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
Please note we're unable to cancel the shipment after the item is sent. If you'd like to cancel your order after the items are sent, kindly wait for shipment to arrive and refuse receiving it at delivery. In this case, we'll issue a full refund.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made
IF THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If the item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Support team via email: support@ukrainiangoods.shop. Please do not rush to throw the damaged item away — kindly provide its photos so that we could resolve it as soon as possible. No need to return damaged items.
LOST SHIPMENTS
The parcel is considered as lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months. In this case we can offer to re-ship the item for free or issue a full refund. If the tracking status of the shipment is "Delivered" but you didn't receive the item, we can't issue a refund, only replacement.
