After placing an order on our website, we will immediately accept it for processing. Within 24 hours you will receive an SMS or Email with your order number for tracking and the courier will also contact you to approve the place and time of receipt. We ship directly from various warehouses, including Europe, USA and Ukraine.

Above you can see our average shipping speed. Please note that some shipments may arrive within 7 days, some may take longer due to various factors. Some of the airports are overloaded and it may take time for your shipment to arrive in your country.
If your shipment is in transit for 30+ days, kindly contact our customer support team. The parcel is considered lost if it is in transit for more than 1 months (2 months for large shipments). We'll re-ship it for free or will issue a full refund.
• NOTE: Due to the large size of the package, you can pay customs duties and import taxes. The amount of taxes depends on the laws of your country. We are not responsible for them.
• Some of the small islands are not included in the map. See the photos which islands go with the map.
• The color of the world map may be slightly different, since it is made of natural wood

Anything you purchase from us comes with our 30 day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll return your money back. Return shipping should be covered by the customer.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
Please note we're unable to cancel the shipment after the item is sent. If you'd like to cancel your order after the items are sent, kindly wait for shipment to arrive and refuse receiving it at delivery. In this case, we'll issue a full refund.

IF THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If the item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Support team via email: support@ukrainiangoods.shop. Please do not rush to throw the damaged item away — kindly provide its photos so that we could resolve it as soon as possible. No need to return damaged items.
LOST SHIPMENTS
The parcel is considered as lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months. In this case we can offer to re-ship the item for free or issue a full refund. If the tracking status of the shipment is "Delivered" but you didn't receive the item, we can't issue a refund, only replacement.
